ORAL ORDER: Having heard argument today on the parties' claim construction disputes, the Court has determined that it will benefit from additional, limited briefing. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall, no later than December 4, file a letter brief, not to exceed three pages, proposing constructions for the claim terms "alternating projections and recesses" and "the terminal surfaces extending along the bottom wall surfaces of the foam panels of the upper wall form abut on the terminal surfaces extending along the top wall surfaces of the foam panels of the lower wall form."
