`Dear Judge Hall:

`Arendi writes to inform the Court, pursuant to D.I. 467, that Arendi has objections to a
`number of the demonstratives and exhibits Google seeks to use in its direct examination of its
`damages expert, Douglas Kidder.
`
`Specifically, Arendi is concerned by the potential introduction of exhibits into evidence
`that contain information regarding products no longer at issue in the case, as well as demonstratives
`that relate to undisclosed expert opinions.
`
`The parties are continuing to meet-and-confer regarding the objections, and Arendi will
`raise any objections that remain at the Court’s convenience before Mr. Kidder takes the stand.
