`I write to alert the Court that the parties will ask the Court to seal the courtroom during the

`discussion of highly confidential material involving third party licensing and Google financial
`information. On the first day of trial, this information will be discussed in two sections of Arendi’s
`opening and during a limited portion of the direct examination of Atle Hedloy. As discussed with
`the Court during the pretrial conference, counsel will alert the Court in advance of the discussion
`of these materials.
