`Dear Magistrate Judge Hall:
`
`Following the Court’s status conference on May 6, 2022, the parties in the above-referenced
`actions have met and conferred to identify suitable trial dates. Due to trial conflicts for attorneys
`and witnesses, the potential trial dates that the Court offered to the parties during the May 6 status
`conference do not appear to be feasible.
`
`The parties have conferred to find viable dates and have identified the week of April 24, 2023. We
`understand that the Court has availability to conduct a trial during that week (and has graciously
`penciled in these matters for that week). The parties thus respectfully request that the Court
`formally set the trial date for these matters for April 24, 2023, and set a pretrial conference date
`based on that same trial start date.
`
`The parties additionally have agreed that certain dates should be set for (a) limited supplementation
`of damages expert reports (to account for the Court’s summary judgment opinions and recent
`license agreements), and (b) completion of mediation. The parties have agreed on the following
`schedule for these items, subject to Court approval:

` July 15 – Arendi to serve supplemental damages expert reports
`* August 26 – Google/Moto to serve supplemental damages rebuttal reports
`* September 23 – Arendi to serve supplemental damages reply reports
`* October 28 – Completion of supplemental damages expert discovery
`* December 21 – Deadline to complete mediation
`
`The parties are filing a stipulation and proposed order to set this schedule, subject to the Court’s
`approval.
`
