`The following order is entered in the above matter:

`Following oral argument this date on the issues raised in entries ## 171 and 172, the court resolves the
`discovery dispute as follows:
`
`Each side shall designate not more than 5 additional non-parties to be deposed on the issue of what that
`individual recalls the landlord did in response to that individual's notice to the landlord regarding the
`conditions listed in question 7 with respect to the dates listed on question 8 of that individual's
`questionnaire.
`
`These depositions shall be conducted, to the extent it is possible, on one or two days and shall not
`exceed one hour per individual.
`
`Judicial Notice (JDNO) was sent regarding this order.
