`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:

`Compliance is ordered on or before 9/25/2019. If the moving party does not receive compliance by that
`date, the moving party may file a motion requesting relief pursuant to Practice Book § 13-14 and
`referring to this order.
`
`Absent proof of compliance on file before such motion appears on the short calendar, the motion may be
`granted by the court, and the court may make such order as the ends of justice require, including without
`limitation an order pursuant to Practice Book § 13-14(b), as follows: (1) the entry of nonsuit or default
`against the party or parties failing to comply; (2) an award to the discovering party or parties of the costs
`of the motion, including a reasonable attorney's fee; (3) the entry of an order that the matters regarding
`which the discovery was sought or other designated facts shall be taken to be established for the
`purposes of the action in accordance with the claim of the party or parties obtaining the order; (4) the
`entry of an order prohibiting the party or parties who has/have failed to comply from introducing
`designated matters in evidence; and/or (5) if the party or parties failing to comply is/are the plaintiff(s),
`the entry of a judgment of dismissal.
