`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:

`Pursuant to Sections 4-7 and 11-20B of the Connecticut Practice Book, the court finds that document
`(#107) contains unnecessary, sensitive personal identifying information account number on a pictured
`check (social security number and date of birth), and that the defendant's privacy interests in the
`information override the public’s interest in viewing it. Further, there is no reasonable alternative to
`protect the defendants privacy interests. This information is not required by law and has not been
`otherwise ordered by the court.
`
`Therefore, the documents contained in docket entry #107 are hereby ordered sealed. If the plaintiff
`wishes to pursue this motion, it must file a fully redacted copy of the documents in question within ten
`(10) days of this order. Failure to do so may result in court ordered sanctions, such as a nonsuit or
`default.
`
`The original document containing the personal identifying information will be retained as a sealed
`document in the court file.
