DOCKET NO: HHDCV186090687S
`
`SUPERIOR COURT
`
`ORDER 415596
`
`KOEHLER, CATHERINE M.
` V.
`SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT STATE
`UNIVERSITY
`
`JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HARTFORD
` AT HARTFORD
`
`1/3/2019
`
`ORDER
`
`ORDER REGARDING:
`11/19/2018 122.00 MOTION FOR ORDER OF COMPLIANCE – PB SEC 13-14 (INTERR/PROD –
`13-6/13-9)
`
`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:
`
`ORDER:
`
`The following are the court's rulings concerning discovery requests identified in the defendant's motion
`for order of compliance:
`1. Interrogatory No. 30: Plaintiff's objection is sustained.
`2. Interrogatory No. 32: Plaintiff's objection is overruled and the plaintiff is directed to respond by
`February 4, 2019.
`3. Request for Production No. 25: As phrased the request seeks records for employers for whom the
`plaintiff has worked since her termination. The plaintiff's response states that responsive information
`will be provided for employment information subsequent to the termination. Under these circumstances,
`the defendant's argument as to the years prior to the plaintiff's separation from employment with the
`defendant is not supported. In addition, the records release form has not been provided for the court to
`review.
`The plaintiff is directed to provide her response as to employment information subsequent to the
`termination by February 4, 2019. The motion to compel is otherwise denied as to this request.
`Request for Production No. 29: The plaintiff's objection is sustained. The court notes also that the
`Instructions and Definitions were not provided to the court.
`
`Judicial Notice (JDNO) was sent regarding this order.
