`The foregoing matter having been heard. and the Respondent. Robert O. Wynne.

`Juris #404770. having been found to have substantially. although not fully, complied with
`
`the audits ordered by this Court on November 5. 2018. it is hereby ORDliRliD:

`1. The interim suspension imposed by this Court on March 18. 2019 shall be
`
`terminated and the Respondent shall be reinstated. effective immediately.
`
`2. Control of the Respondent’s ’l'I) Bank [Olfl‘A accounts ending in #1682 and
`
`#01 12 shall be restored to the Respondent. effective immediately.
`

`'1"he Respondent shall create and maintain [Oljl‘A account records that are in
`
`compliance with Rule 1.150) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
`
`4. The Respondent shall continue to engage the services of a bookkeeper or
`
`accountant.
`
`If on or about September 30. 2020, the bookkeeper or accountant certifies to
`
`the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel that the Respondent is able to properly maintain
`
`his own l()1.'l'/\ account records. the services of the bookkeeper or accountant may be
`
`terminated.
`

`such time as the bookkeeper or accountant is able to make such a certification to the Office
`
`of Chief Disciplinary Counsel,

`5. The Respondent shall cooperate with the Statewide Grievance Committee to
`
`fully complete the present audits of the abm‘e—rel‘erenced accounts through and including
`
`October 31. 20l‘).

`6. The Respondent shall submit to. and fully cooperate with. quarterly audits of his
`
`clients‘ funds account(s) by the Statewide Grievance Committee for the period beginning
`
`November 1. 2019 through and including October 31. 2021. Any additional audit period
`
`may be determined at the discretion of the Statewide Grievance Committee.
`
`7. The Respondent shall tak ‘. at his own expense. three credit hours oi‘continuing
`
`legal education (“CLli”) in l()l.’l‘/~\ Account Management. The CHE course(s) is to be
`
`attended in person. must cover Connecticut law, and must be taken within 6 months of
`
`today‘s date. The Respondent shall provide the Office ofChiel‘ Disciplinary Counsel with
`
`written confirmation of his compliance with this condition within 30 days of completion
`
`of the (fill course(s). The written confirmation should be in the form ofa certificate of
`
`attendance or similar documentation from the course providcr(s). Pursuant to Practice
`
`Book § 2-27A(e)(4). the C112 coursc(s) shall be in addition to. and cannot be used to
`
`satisfy.
