`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:

`ORDER:
`
`The State of Connecticut and Susan A. Connors have filed a petition to invalidate an allegedly false and
`unauthorized UCC financing statement on plaintiff Connors' land records. Pursuant to General Statutes §
`42a-9-518(f), the court has reviewed the petition and has determined that cause exists to doubt the
`validity of the UCC filing.
`
`Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED:
`
`The clerk shall schedule a hearing to determine whether to invalidate the UCC filing and/or grant any
`other relief the court deems appropriate. The hearing shall be scheduled for a date not earlier than
`fourteen days from the date the defendant files his appearance, but in no event later than sixty days from
`the date of this order.
`
