`proposed protective order and, in particular, to discuss deletion of unnecessary and duplicative discovery
`requests. The conference may be in person or by teleconference at a mutually agreeable date and time
`before the motion and objection are submitted at short calendar. The requirement of a conference is not
`intended to delay resolution of the pending motion and objection or to delay discovery. Counsel are to
`submit affidavits concerning the conference, or lack of conference, and identify the participants, dates
`and specify what matters, if any, remain for resolution by the Court.
