`CATALE, VITO Et Al
`
`JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF FAIRFIELD
` AT BRIDGEPORT

`
`ORDER
`
`ORDER REGARDING:
`09/10/2019 183.00 NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE
`
`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:
`
`ORDER: NO ACTION NECESSARY
`
`Defendants are to comply with discovery appropriately. If they cannot admit certain items, they cannot
`admit them. Just from the two questions reproduced in the Objection, however, I don't know how they
`can "admit" another defendant's address or what value that admission would be to the Plaintiff. If, after
`replying, there are specific questions on concern to both parties, bring those specific questions to the
`attention of the Court.
`
`Judicial Notice (JDNO) was sent regarding this order.
