`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:
`
`ORDER: SCHEDULE ARGUMENT
`
`The matter having the following filing numbers are scheduled for hearing on the court’s oral argument
`short calendar: #216.
`
`The party opposing the scheduled matter shall, if not yet done, file a response at least 5 days before the
`hearing date.
`
`The hearing shall be held on: Monday, August 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
`
`Counsel shall make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute, and on or before the hearing date, BOTH
`counsel shall file sworn affidavits attesting that such good faith efforts were made but were unsuccessful.
`
`In order to advance possible resolution of this dispute, within 14 days plaintiff's counsel shall provide
`defense counsel with the names and addresses of five doctors in the same field as the proposed
`independent medical examiner for the defense to consider.
`
`If the dispute is resolved before the hearing date, the plaintiff shall so notify the short calendar clerk in
`writing promptly, the matters may be marked off, and the parties need not appear for this matter.
`
