`Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 6.1, Plaintiff Realtime Adaptive Streaming LLC and
`
`Defendants ARRIS Group, L.L.C., DISH Network, L.L.C. and EchoStar Technologies, L.L.C.
`
`through their undersigned counsel, stipulate to an extension of time for Defendants’ response to
`
`Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint. Defendants will respond to Plaintiff’s Second Amended
`
`Complaint on or before December 6, 2017. The length of the extension of time is 7 days for
`
`ARRIS Group, L.L.C. and 5 days for DISH Network, L.L.C. and EchoStar Technologies, L.L.C.,
`
`which is an extension of less than 21 days from the current respective response deadlines. The
`
`reason for the extension is due to preexisting travel schedules. There are no prior extensions to
`
`the deadline for Defendants’ response to Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint.
