`Pursuant to Civil L.R. 6-2 and 7-12, Plaintiff Yahoo! Inc. (“Yahoo”) and Defendants Kudelski
`
`SA and OpenTV, Inc. (“OpenTV”), stipulate and request that the Court enter an order permitting Yahoo
`
`a one-week extension to file its responsive pleading to OpenTV’s counterclaims. Dkt. No. 19.
`
`In support of the parties’ stipulated request, the parties state as follows:

` The current due date for Yahoo’s responsive pleading is May 5, 2016.

` The parties have agreed, subject to the approval of the Court, that Yahoo may file its
