`Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff Firstface Co., Ltd.
`(“Firstface”) and Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”) hereby state that the parties have settled their respective
`claims for relief asserted in this case. Accordingly, the parties stipulate that all claims for relief asserted
`against Apple by Firstface herein are dismissed with prejudice, and all counterclaims for relief asserted
`against Firstface by Apple herein are dismissed without prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs,
`expenses, and attorneys’ fees.
`A proposed order to this effect is attached.
