`Before the Court is Philips North America LLC’s (“Philips”), Garmin International Inc.,
`and Garmin Ltd.’s Joint Stipulation to Modify the Scheduling Order. (Dkt. No. 89). Having
`reviewed the Stipulation and finding good cause for the requested modifications to the case
