`Before the Court is the joint request of Plaintiff Philips North America LLC

`(collectively, “Garmin”)

`to modify the schedule for claim construction currently

`set forth in the Scheduling Order. (Dkt. No. 54). For good cause appearing, that

`Order is hereby modified as follows:

`(1) The parties shall have filed their Joint Claim Construction Statement by June 23,
`
`2020.
`
`(2) The deadline for opening claim construction briefs is moved from June 25 to
`
`June 26, 2020.
`
`(3) Responsive claim construction briefs shall be filed by July 9, 2020.
`
`(4) The balance of the Scheduling Order is not changed.
