`Before the Court is the joint request of Plaintiff Philips North America LLC
`(“Philips”) and Defendants Garmin International, Inc. and Garmin Ltd. (collectively,
`“Garmin”) to modify the schedule for claim construction currently set forth in the
`Scheduling Order at Dkt. 54. Good cause appearing, that Order is hereby modified as
`follows:
`(1) The parties shall have filed their Joint Claim Construction Statement by June 23,
`
`2020.
`
`(2) The deadline for opening claim construction briefs is moved from June 25 to
`June 26, 2020.
`(3) Responsive claim construction briefs shall be filed by July 9, 2020.
`(4) The balance of the Scheduling Order is not changed.
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
