`The parties jointly file this Joint Status Report in accordance with the Court’s previous
`order entering Final Judgment (Dkt. 166):

`Status of Appeal Relating to Final Judgment (Federal Circuit Case No. 22-2255)
`On September 16, 2022, Philips North America LLC (“Philips”) timely appealed this
`Court’s entry of Final Judgment (Dkt. 166) in the above-captioned matter. Briefing for this
`appeal has been concluded and the parties are currently waiting for the Federal Circuit to
`schedule oral argument.
`
`Status of Case No. 2:22-cv-008805 Involving U.S. Patent No. 7,088,233
`On November 22, 2022 this Court issued an order (Dkt. 174) confirming that the
`September 2, 2022 order (Dkt. 166) effected a severance of the ’233 Patent claims from this
`action and directed the Clerk of Court to assign a new case number (No. 2:22-cv-00805). On
`April 20, 2023, the parties jointly stipulated to a dismissal of all claims and counterclaims, and
`the case was closed by the Clerk.
