`Today, Garmin will be moving to extend the summary judgment and trial deadlines until
`after the PTAB issues its final written decision regarding the instituted IPR for the asserted ’233
`Patent. Today, Garmin will file its motion and will be setting the hearing date on its motion to
`extend all deadlines for February 26, 2021. Philips intends to oppose Garmin’s motion to extend
`the summary judgment deadline and trial date, but nonetheless agrees to the more limited
`extension in the attached stipulation in order for the Court to have time to decide Garmin’s
`motion before the Parties begin drafting opening summary judgment motions.
