Daralyn Durie | Durie Tangri
Daralyn
Durie is a San Francisco-based patent litigator, whose clients include some
of the biggest names in tech: Google, Twitter, LinkedIn and Genentech.
Recently, she has received several honors in addition to being a Law360 MVP— Chambers & Partners named her one of
the top 25 patent litigators in California and American Lawyer named her one of the top 50 litigators under age 45
in the United States. She is also a founding partner of Durie Tangri.
William Gaede | McDermott Will & Emery
Also based in the Bay Area, William
Gaede is a partner of McDermott Will & Emery. His IP practice is
focused on the life sciences and medical device industries, and he was selected
as a Law360 MVP for his representation of Ambry Genetics. Gaede has received many
honors, including being named one of the top 25 biotech lawyers in California
in 2011 by the Daily Journal.
Nicholas P. Groombridge | Paul Weiss
Patent litigator Nick
Groombridge is a partner in Paul Weiss’s litigation department. He has
successfully tried cases for corporate giant General Electric and GPS Pioneer
Garmin. In 2014, Chambers USA ranked
Groombridge as a Band 1 practitioner for Intellectual Property: Patent (NY). He
is based in New York.
Rachel Krevans | Morrison & Foerster

Krevans has received many professional accolades— in 2014 she was inducted
into the ChIPs Hall of Fame and was the
Chambers USA Women in Law “Intellectual Property Lawyer of the Year” in
2013, just to name a few. Having over 25
years of patent litigation experience, she serves as the chair of Morrison
& Foerster’s IP Litigation Group.
William F. Lee | WilmerHale
Bill
Lee is a distinguished IP litigator with more than 35 years of experience,
and has tried over 100 patent cases. His many awards include being named the
“Lawyer of the Year” for litigation/patent by Best Lawyers in America for both 2014 and 2015. When he is not
trying cases, Lee teaches at Harvard Law School.
Jason R. Mudd | Erise IP
Kansas City IP litigator Jason
Mudd’s experience includes a wide range of technologies, from computer
networking to medical devices. Mudd
represented Garmin in the first ever Inter Partes Review (IPR) before the
relatively new Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), obtaining a favorable
result, with all claims being ruled invalid. He was named to the National Law Journal’s list of “2014 IP
Trailblazers and Pioneers.”

Re is a partner at Knobbe Martens. Re has significant experience in
high-stakes patent litigation, obtaining jury awards for his clients in that
