It is requested that the Court enterjudgment in favor of the above-named defendants and against plaintiff.
It is, therefore, ORDERED and ADJUDGED by the Court that, the plaintiff Grace Rodriguez shall take nothing against the named defendants Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Baxter International Inc., by reason of this suit; that this suit, and the claims and causes of action which were or could have been asserted herein by the plaintiff, are dismissed with prejudice to any right of plaintiff to re-file the same or any part thereof, and that all costs of court are taxed
against the parties incurring the same and that, it appearing that no such costs are outstanding, no writs‘or proéesses shall issue.
