This is an appeal from the interlocutory orders signed by the trial court on March 11, 2022.
Having reviewed the record and the parties’ arguments, the Court holds that there was reversible error in the court’s interlocutory orders.
Therefore, the Court affirms the part of the trial court’s order denying the plea to the jurisdiction as to all claims asserted against the Department and the Commissioner and affirms the part of the order granting a temporary injunction against the Department and the Commissioner.
