10934 (LAP) Dear Judge Preska: I am writing pursuant to the Court’s April 28, 2010 Order for Appointment of Monitor to request that the Court approve payment of the fees incurred by me as Court-appointed Monitor, as set forth in detail in the attached invoices to 650 Fifth Avenue Company, totaling $96,360.

As set forth in the attached letter from counsel for 650 Fifth Avenue Company, these invoices have been reviewed by 650 Fifth Avenue Company, which has no objection to this request.

Please let me know if the Court needs any further information in connection with this request.

Dear Judge Preska: I write as counsel for all six (6) Hegna Plaintiff’s-Claimants in the above- captioned case, scheduled by your Honor for further proceedings on January 3, 2024, at 10:00 AM in Court Room 12-A, where I will be appearing remotely.

Her son, Steven, has been assisting his mother for many years with all her business affairs, but he has long since retired and rarely leaves his home.

Another son, Craig Hegna, is the principal caregiver for his wife, who has been bed ridden for several years and he also works full time.

I understand a private phone linking Steven, Craig (at work), and Lynn with me , can also be supplied by the Court.

The Court first required that key representatives of each client group appear in person for the January 3 Conference on December 12, 2023, and the Court has since reminded counsel to the Hegnas of his clients' obligation to attend the January 3 Conference in person.
