`Before the Court is the parties’ Joint Motion for Entry of Partial Stay and Notice of
`
`Settlement of Claims Involving Google Products (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 39.) In the Motion, the
`
`parties request a stay of the case deadlines on a subset of claims involving accused products based
`
`on Google products. (Id.) Specifically, for Case No. 2:22-cv-00443 against Defendants HMD
`
`Global OY (“HMD Global OY”) and HMD America, Inc. (“HMD America”) (collectively,
`

`“HMD”); Case No. 2:22-cv-00440 against ASUSTek Computer Inc. (“ASUSTek Computer”) and
`
`ASUS Computer International (“ASUS Computer”) (collectively, “ASUS”); and Case No. 2:22-
`
`cv-00448 against Sony Corporation formerly known as Sony Mobile Communications, Inc.
`
`(“Sony”), the parties request that the stay apply to the entire case. For Case No. 2:22-cv-00447
`
`against Panasonic Holdings Corporation, formerly known as Panasonic Corporation and Panasonic
`
`Corporation of North America (collectively, “Panasonic”), the parties request that the stay apply
`
`only to the claims and issues involving Google products accused products. (Id.) The request for
`
`partial stay does not apply to Panasonic’s accused products based on (1) Connect applications,
`
`products, and solutions; (2) TAK applications, products, and solutions; (3) ATAK applications,
`
`products, and solutions; and (4) CivTAK applications, products, and solutions. (Id.)
`
`The parties jointly move the Court to enter a partial stay of the January 16, 2024, deadline
`
`to respond to the Complaint in the Court’s Order (Dkt. No. 23) and the unreached deadlines in the
`
`Court’s Docket Control Order (Dkt. No. 33), including the February 5, 2024, deadlines to comply
`
`with P.R. 3-3, P.R. 3-4, and the Standing Order Regarding Subject-Matter Eligibility Contentions,
`
`for thirty (30) days in this consolidated matter to allow the settlement to be finalized and the
`
`dismissal papers for the subset of claims involving Google products.
`
`Having considered the Motion, and noting its joint nature, the Court finds that the Motion
`
`should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the deadlines with respect
`
`to the Google products are stayed for thirty (30) days.
