`In the present application, the status as a small entity was established in good faith,

`and fees as a small entity were paid in good faith. However, the applicant has discovered
`
`that the entitlement to small-entity status was lost after the application was filed, but this
`
`was not recognized at the time, so the applicant continued paying small-entity fees in good
`
`faith after the entitlement to small-entity status was lost. Accordingly, the applicant owes a
`
`total deficiency payment of $520 for all of the fees that have been paid in this application.
`
`The applicant hereby respectfully requests the entity status of this application to be
`
`updated to “undiscounted” by presenting the table below, which itemizes the deficiency
`
`payment in accordance with 37 CFR 1.28(c)(2)(ii) by:
