`The parties contacted the Board by email of June 14, 2018, requesting
`a revised schedule. Patent Owner also informed the Board that it intends to
`file a motion to amend and requested a revised procedure for such a motion.
`Petitioner agrees with that proposed procedure.
`We adopt the parties’ proposal regarding a motion to amend.
`Accordingly, Patent Owner may submit a motion of up to 12 pages,
`Petitioner may file an opposition of up to 25 pages, Patent Owner may file a
`reply of up to 25 pages, and Petitioner may file a sur-reply of up to 10 pages.
`We further direct the parties to the Board’s decision in Western Digital
`Corp. v. SPEX Technologies, Inc., IPR2018-00082, Paper 13 (PTAB
`Apr. 25, 2018) (Informative), available at https://go.usa.gov/xQtQy, for
`guidance regarding motions to amend. The dates for the relevant filings and
`other dates revised by the parties are reflected in the following Amended
`Due Date Appendix, which shall replace the appendix contained in our
`May 3, 2018, Scheduling Order (Paper 16). All other aspects of the prior
`Scheduling Order remain the same.
