`Applicant's attorney proposed amendments to the specification and to the claims to overcome the prior art rejection of
`record. The specification will be amended to incorporate by reference the subject matters of application 10/009532
`(Now Patent 7,431,943), hence, claiming the priority date of said application. The claims will be amended to replace
`the limitation "inflammatory bowel disease" with "intestinal inflammatory disease" to ensure proper support from the
`earlier filed application, i.e., SN 10/0009532.
