`On May 30, 2017, Apple Inc. (“Petitioner”) and Personalized Media
`Communications, LLC (“Patent Owner”) filed a Joint Stipulated Motion for
`Entry of Protective Order, which included a proposed Protective Order for
`this proceeding. Paper 20 (“Stipulated Protective Order”). Additionally, on
`May 30, 2017, Patent Owner sent correspondence to the Board, copying
`Petitioner, indicating that Patent Owner desires to serve confidential
`documents on Petitioner in accordance with the Stipulated Protective Order
`in response to Petitioner’s Objections to Evidence.
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.54, we determine the Stipulated
`Protective Order is acceptable for purposes of this proceeding. Accordingly,
`we grant the parties Joint Motion and enter the Stipulated Protective Order
`submitted as Paper 20 for this proceeding.

`In consideration of the foregoing, it is
`ORDERED that the parties Joint Stipulated Motion for Entry of
`Protective Order is granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that the proposed Stipulated Protective Order,
`submitted as Paper 20, is hereby entered; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that the Stipulated Protective Order
`(Paper 20) shall govern the conduct of these proceedings unless otherwise
`modified.
