`application. Examiner noted that the claims are drawn to the same invention as in parent application 10/500,354,
`thereby reguiring a terminal disclaimer in the instant application. Examiner also noted that the instant application is a
`continuation vs. a divisional of the parent application, and therefore a supplemental Application Data Sheet would be
`reguired noting said change, as well as amending the specification. Examiner further noted an obiection to claim 24,
`wherein the last line of the claim should read, "the agueous liguid preparation has a pH in the range of 5-8 Applicant
`agreed to said changes and noted the amendments, terminal disclaimer, and supplemental ADS would be filed in due
`course.
