`Is your phone always running out of juice — even with those extra battery cases? Prong is here to help.
`
`Prong cofounder Jesse Pliner was on the floor at the CES Unveiled preview event Sunday night showing folk his
`ingenious idea for making sure we’re only an outlet away from rejuvenating our phones. The PocketPlug case has a
`plug built into the back, meaning you don’t have to carry an extra cord or charger in order to get some quick juice.
`
`The $69.99 accessory works with the iPhone 5/5s and iPhone 4/4S, and also has a microUSB port so you can still
`charge your phone with a cord if you want. The case is also designed to pump music and other audio out of its front.
`
`There are, however, some downsides to the design — namely that you can’t use your phone for much while it’s
`plugged into the wall. The device is made to quickcharge so you’re not separated for long, but apart from rocking
`out to some music from the wall, you aren’t able to do a whole lot while charging.
`
`Pliner said that the company is listening to suggestions for other models, including one that will have a battery case
`in addition to the plug. But, for now, Prong is plugging along with its current models and trying to get the word out
`about their “why didn’t I think of that” product.
