`Friedrichshafen. The Head of Sales of ZF TRW, Peter Lake, has become a new member of the Board of Management of
`ZF Friedrichshafen AG. As of October 1, 2015, he is also responsible for Corporate Market in the ZF Group.
`
`Peter Lake, aged 59, has been Head of Sales and Business Development at what is now ZF TRW in Livonia near Detroit
`since 2002. He contributed significantly to the integration of the British automotive supplier Lucas-Varity into what was
`then TRW Automotive.
`
`“We are pleased that an absolute sales and integration expert is taking over this important position on the Board of

`
`“We have already pooled the power of the successful sales organizations of ZF and TRW in order to better fulfill our
`customers’ requirements” says Lake. “This is in line with our philosophy to offer products and systems that deliver
