`PATENT OWNER’S REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Black Hills Media, LLC (“Patent Owner”)
`
`respectfully requests oral argument in IPR2014-00717. Pursuant to the Scheduling
`
`Order dated December 18, 2014 (Paper 27), oral argument is currently scheduled
`
`for July 28, 2015.
`
`Patent Owner’s argument will focus on patentability of the challenged
`
`claims of the ‘686 Patent on the grounds for which trial was instituted based on
`
`Reilly (Ex. 1003), any additional issue raised by Petitioner prior to or at oral
`
`argument, or any additional issues for which the Board requests argument. Patent
`
`Owner request 45 minutes of total argument time.
`
`At the oral argument, the Patent Owner intends to utilize audio/visual
`
`equipment to display demonstrative exhibits, and in accordance with the Trial
`
`Practice Guide, 77 Fed. Reg. at 48768, will contact the Board Trial Division
`
`paralegal prior to the oral hearing to discuss accommodating this request.
