`The Fry paper received an award for being published in issue F1 of the

`Journal of Rail and Rapid Transit inJanuary of 1995 (“the award”), a true and correct
`
`copy of which accompanies this declaration as Exhibit 1011.

`I am aware that an online journal resource—the Sage Publications
`
`website—indicates that the Fry paper was published in January 1995. A true and
`
`correct copy of relevant printouts from the Sage Publications website listing for the
`
`Fry paper (“the printouts”) accompanies this declaration as Exhibit 1012
`

`
`I have reviewed the Fry paper, the award, and the printouts, and I have
`
`refreshed my recollection that the Fry paper was published in January 1995.
`

`In connection with this declaration, I am being reimbursed for any

`expenses I have incurred, and will be reimbursed for approximately 11 hours of my

`time at my standard rate of J(:81 .25/ hour.
