`In view of the foregoing, the Board should deny the petition (1) because it is

`one in a series of filings that misuse the CBM review process; (2) because the
`
`claims recite an inventive GUI improvement putting the ’132 patent outside the
`
`scope of CBM review; and (3) because Petitioners not demonstrated any
`
`patentability problem under 35 U.S.C. §§ 101 or 103.19
`
