`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), requiring a separate paper requesting oral
`
`argument and specifying issues to be argued, Petitioner Google Inc. and Petitioner
`
`Apple Inc. (“Petitioners”) respectfully submit this Joint Request for Oral Argument
`
`on behalf of Petitioners. As specified in the Board’s June 24, 2015 Scheduling
`
`Order (Paper 10), Oral Argument is scheduled for February 24, 2016.
`
`Petitioners request that each side be given 60 minutes of argument time to
`
`address all of the issues in this proceeding. Petitioners may address any issue
`
`raised in this proceeding, including the issues identified below:
`
`• Grounds for which trial was instituted for the ’280 patent and any
`issue raised in the Board’s Institution Decision, including whether
`the ’280 patent is a covered business method patent and whether
`the ’280 patent is anticipated or rendered obvious by the prior art.
`• Any issue addressed in Petitioners’ papers and supporting
`evidence, including but not limited to the Petition and Reply Brief.
`• Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on its Motion to Amend,
`including any issue addressed in Petitioners’ Opposition to the
`Motion to Amend.
`• Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all issues, including the
`issues listed above and any issues raised in Patent Owner’s
`Response, Motion for Observations on Cross-Examination, or
`Motion to Exclude (if any).

`demonstrative exhibits, including a projector and screen for Power Point or PDF
