`The ’513 Patent is the subject of a litigation proceeding in University of
`
`Massachusetts Medical School and Carmel Laboratories, LLC v. L’Oréal S.A. and
`
`L’Oréal USA, Inc., Civil Action No. 17-cv-868-JFB-SRF in the United States
`
`District Court for the District of Delaware. U.S. Patent No. 6,423,327 (the “’327
`
`Patent”) is the parent of the ’513 Patent, and is the subject of the same litigation
`
`proceeding, as well as IPR2018-00778.
`
