`WHEREAS Plaintiff Godo Kaisha IP Bridge’s (“IP Bridge”) First Amended Complaint
`
`for Patent Infringement (Dkt. 45) charges Defendant OmniVision Technologies Inc.
`
`(“OmniVision”) with infringement of U.S. Patent No. RE43,867 (the “’867 patent”);
`
`WHEREAS OmniVision filed an answer (Dkt. 46) to IP Bridge’s First Amended
`
`Complaint; and
`
`WHEREAS, the parties wish to streamline the above-captioned case;
`
`

`NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties to
`
`this stipulation, through their undersigned counsel and subject to the approval of the Court, that
`
`all claims and causes of action by IP Bridge against OmniVision for infringement of the ’867
`
`patent are hereby dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its respective fees and costs
`
`associated with the ’867 patent.
