`networks1, delivering outstanding flexibility and scalable reach to 3,000 global customers through 33 datacenters around

`the world. The acquisition adds state-of-the-art online infrastructure and greatly strengthens Ubisoft’s ability to deliver

`high-quality online experiences to its communities.
