`It has recently come to the Registrant's attention that the Registrant's ownership information is currently incorrect on the Certificate of
`Registration due to an error made during the preparation and filing of the initial application. Specifically, when the application was initially
`filed on April 22, 2019, the Registrant was listed in the application as being a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of New York,
`however, the Registrant is in fact a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of Delaware. Attached for the Office's reference is a copy
`of the Registrant's Certificate of Formation in the state of Delaware which was filed on April 4, 2013. As the filing date of the Certificate of
`Formation pre-dates the filing date of the initial application, the Registrant was a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of
`Delaware at the the time the initial application was filed. As per TMEP Sections 1201.02(c) & 1505.02(g), the Registrant advises that this is a
`correctable error and does not require re-publication of the mark, therefore, the Registrant respectfully requests that the state of incorporation
`be corrected and entered into the record.
