`Subject: U.S. Trademark App. Nos. 87534094 and 87534073 - Informal Inquiry
`
`Hello,
`
` I
`
` am currently examining two trademark applications for the marks BIG MEECH and BMF, Attny. Doc. # 0346-10618-6. No conflicting
`marks were found. However, before the marks can proceed to publication one item in the ID needs to be amended. The wording “non-live
`musical performances” is considered indefinite because it could include pre-recorded products (e.g. CDs). I can remove the wording
`“non-live” from the ID or we could go with something such as “entertainment services in the nature of live musical performances and
`musical performances featuring prerecorded vocal and instrumental performances viewed on a big screen”.
`
` I
`
` can make the changes to the ID through examiner’s amendment. Promptly let me know what you’d like done.
`
`Sincerely,
`
`Tarah Hardy Ludlow
