`I, William Webb the second, hereby authorize the use of my signature as it pertains

`to the artwork used in the application of trademark with the serial number
`86844126. The mark contains a large piece of Black Coral with a tan and
`off white brain coral at the bottom left base of the main trunk of the
`
`centerpiece. Hidden behind the coral is an octopus, tentacles extending
`towards the bottom as well as outward, wrapping itself into the coral
`extending outward from the center. In the background of the mark is a
`nautical star in a light brown color. The colors used in this mark are, Tan,
`Brown, Reds, and to a lesser extent black and grey. White is used as a
`highlight color, to make the mark have more depth. The octopus, coral, and
`the entire logo was a custom made piece of artwork created for Black Coral
`Flurn Inc. The colors black, brown, gold and tan are claimed as a feature of
`the mark. The mark consists of the following: the design of an octopus, a
`nautical compass, coral and the stylized wording “W WEBB ll”. The
`design elements are in shades of black, brown, gold and tan and the
`wording is brown. The white in the drawing represents transparent areas
`and is not part of the mark.
