`The reason for the request to withdraw is that the agreed upon scope of the undersigned’s

`representation with the applicant ended with the filing of an Answer in the subject opposition.
`
`The undersigned has given notice to the applicant that the undersigned is withdrawing
`
`from employment and will be filing the necessary documents with the TTAB.
`
`The undersigned has delivered to the applicant all documents and property in the
`
`undersigned’s office to which the applicant is entitled.
`
`The undersigned has notified the applicant of the upcoming discovery conference
`
`deadline.
`
`Therefore, the undersigned has complied with 37 CFR § 2.l9(b) and 37 CFR § 10.40(a)
`
`and has taken the noted reasonable steps to avoid foreseeable prejudice to the rights of the
`
`applicant.
`
`In particular, the undersigned has allowed the applicant time for employment of another
`practitioner. Specifically, the undersigned had advised the applicant of the undersigned’s
`
`withdrawal on December 1, 2014, which was 30 days in advance of the deadline to hold the
`
`discovery conference in this opposition.
