`The Office records have been searched and no similar registered or pending mark has been found that would bar registration under Trademark
`Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.

`The identification of goods is unacceptable as indefinite. The applicant must clarify the identification of goods by specifying the type of goods
`being provided because the wording “Domestic electric appliances; blankets; ” because this wording vague and/or overly broad and requires
`greater specificity. See TMEP §1402.01.
`
`Applicant may adopt the following identification(s), if accurate:
`
`International Class 11: Domestic electric appliances, namely, {applicant must specify the type of appliances, e.g. frypans}; household
`appliances, namely, {applicant must specify the common commercial name for these goods, e.g. electric griddles, gas-powered griddles};
`lighted party themed decorations, electric light decorative strings
`
`International Class 24: Household linens; towels; blankets, namely, {applicant must specify the type of blankets, e.g. bed blankets, blankets
`for outdoor use}; interior decoration fabrics; mattress covers; comforters; quilts
