`The mark consists of the stylized phrase "PREPA
`NETWORKS". "PREPA" is the English acronym for the
`Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority. "PREPA" is in blue and
`in bigger font size and "NETWORKS" is in black and smaller
`font size, underneath and to the slight right of the word
`"PREPA", beginning from the letter "R". To the left of the
`word "PREPA" is a design composed of three threads, which
`represent fiber optic threads in a shape allusive of the letter
`"P" in reference to the corporate name. The thread to the left
`

`is in blue and the two remaining threads are yellow. The
`threads intertwine in the upper part of the design and appear
`to enter into a blue circle which represents a virtual
`telecommunications tube. As the threads enter the blue circle,
`the color of the threads begin to fade until they turn white.
