`With the exception of Brenda Gadbois—Westphal, Cosmetic Warriors Limited voluntarily
`
`dismissed its claims against each defendant. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4l(a)(1)(A). In December
`
`2015, the Court granted Gadbois—Westphal’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.
`

`Because all claims against all parties have been resolved, the Court directs that judgment be
`
`entered with respect to Gadbois—Westphal’s dismissal. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(b). The Clerk of
`
`Court shall terminate the motion at Docket No. 83. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

`The Judgment and Amended Judgment [Docket Nos. 78 and 79] are VACATED.
`
`The Clerk of Court shall terminate the motion at Docket No. 83.
`
`Cosmetic Warrior’s claims against Brenda Gadbois—Westphal are DISMISSED
`WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
