`TIGER-SUL PRODUCTS (CANADA) C0,, a Limited Liability Partnership duly

`organized under the laws of Canada and located in Calgary, Canada, doing business at
`
`6442 42 Street, SE, Calgary, T2C 3V1 Canada, has adopted and is using the trademark
`
`shown in the accompanying drawing for FERTILIZER in International Class 1, and
`
`presents herewith one (1) specimen showing the trademark as actually used by the
`
`applicant in connection with such goods, the trademark being applied by labels aflixed to
`
`containers of goods and in diverse other ways, and requests that the same be registered in
`
`the United States Patent and Trademark Office on the Principal Register in accordance
`
`with the Act of July 5, 1946.
`
`The trademark was first used in connection with goods as early as October 2005,
`
`and first used in Interstate commerce which may be lawfillly regulated by Congress as
`
`early as October 2005, and is now in use in such commerce.
`
`The mark consists of an orange, black and white representation of a tiger above
`
`the words TIGER-SUL in a stylized orange font.
`
