`“Fast Phones, Inc.” However, this differs from the display of the mark on the specimens,

`(2) submit substitute specimens which show use of the mark shown in the drawing.

`The applicant must disclaim the descriptive wording "PHONES, INC." apart from the

`and 1213.02(a). The term “PHONES” is descriptive of applicant’s telephone services,
`and the term “INC.” because it is merely an entity designation.

`Trademark Act Section 6(3), 15 U.S.C. Section 1056(a), states that the Commissioner

`Act Section 2(e), 15 U.S.C. Section 1052(e), bars the registration of a mark which is
