`This request is for a correction of the Registrant's name based on a USPTO error. On December 6, 2004, an assignment of entire interest of the
`mark was recorded with the USPTO from "Hugo Boss AG" to "Hugo Boss Trade Marks Management GMBH & Co. KG" (see Reel/Frame
`2984/0770). On February 10, 2005, a corrective assignment to correct the name of assignee previously recorded was filed with the USPTO to
`change "Hugo Boss Trade Marks Management GMBH & Co. KG" to "Hugo Boss Trade Mark Management GMBH & Co. KG" (see
`Reel/Frame 3026/0908). Since 2005, the USPTO has not reflected this corrective change at the USPTO to remove the "S" from "Marks" in
`Registrant's name "Hugo Boss Trade Mark Management GMBH & Co. KG". Since 2005, the Registrant has tried correcting the clerical error
`upon renewal to remove the "S" from "Marks" in Registrant's name; however, the USPTO has not reflected the change in its system. Based on
`this USPTO error and TMEP Section 1609.10(a), the Registrant respectfully requests the USPTO reflect the correct entity name on
`Registrant's registrations, namely, Hugo Boss Trade Mark Management GMBH & Co. KG.
